Member of Parliament for Cardiff North

Home.Cardiff North Matters.Parliament.Newsroom.Biography.Contact Me.Surgeries.

I’m Julie Morgan, Labour Member of Parliament for Cardiff North since 1997, and I’d like to welcome you to my official website.

I use this website to keep in touch with my constituents. On this site, I’ll let you know what I’ve been doing in Cardiff North and the Houses of Parliament and I’ll keep you informed about my views on key issues. I’ll also tell you when and where I’m holding my surgeries.

When the House of Commons is sitting, I usually work in Cardiff North from a Friday until early Monday afternoon and then work in Westminster from a Monday afternoon until Thursday. When the House of Commons is not sitting, I usually work in Cardiff North all week.

I hope that you’ll contact me if there is anything that you are concerned about and will let me know if there is anything else that you would like to see on this website.

Thanks for dropping by.

Cardiff Bus Campaign

It was lovely to meet David Tennant in the House of Commons on January 27th. He was at the Performers’ Alliance Parliamentary Group to discuss key issues facing performers, such as public support for theatres and fair pay for those who work in the sector.

I also went along to support the Network for Animals campaign to stop the commercial dog meat trade in the Philippines.

I went with the APPG on Gypsy and Traveller Law Reform to sign the Book of Commitment for Holocaust Memorial Day – over 200,000 Gypsies were killed in the Holocaust.
